Nice office space, ability to work from home, decent benefits, great co-workers and manager.

Cons

No 401k matching, salary is not competitive, seems like we're always in "crisis mode", no bonuses past few quarters

Pros

Worked with a ton of great people. All of the technologies being used are very relevant, chance to learn a ton. Supply chains are really interesting to learn about. Fun work environment where everyone really was trying to help each other succeed.

Cons

Lot of turnover when I was there, which is both good and bad. Mistakes within the tech stack in the past which still haunt the product. These are being remedied now so this should improve.
