-COMPLETE and UTTER morons running the company, had no idea for what the vision of the company should be -Says they need to have an App Store but yet invests NO resources into standard application development -Company is entirely focused on making the next sale and not on the product they are selling -Will fire ANY good talent that challenges the "good old boys club" at the highest level even if it's for the betterment of the company -Promotions and "title inflation" is common with NO increase in salary -Do not fall for the ICP bonus program trap, they NEVER pay out the bonuses anymore. Company is definitely struggling financially -Finally matching 401k, BUT with a caveat... they will lower your overall bonus to account for the 401k match, so is this really a benefit? -Complete and utter mess when it comes to delivery that leads to every single project failing at some point because the "standard" product is a joke
