1. Free Gym 2. Downtown 3. Nice Office Space 4. Working from home twice a week 5. Match 401k

Cons

Worst management ever. I was there for two years and I moved to 7 teams. I was hire and two weeks later my manager and his manager were fired. I got moved to a new manager every two months and I never learned anything there. Mark Goode is not a good person and. We had Matt, the former CEO who was nice but listened to Mark a lot which caused the company a lot of resources. Even though he did good in sales, but he ruined every other department. He'll take the company to the ground. I believe he's benefiting his wife's company. That's just a theory but you never know. I advise people to never apply there. You will get fired for no reason and in a very disrespectful way.

Pros

Worked with a ton of great people. All of the technologies being used are very relevant, chance to learn a ton. Supply chains are really interesting to learn about. Fun work environment where everyone really was trying to help each other succeed.

Cons

Lot of turnover when I was there, which is both good and bad. Mistakes within the tech stack in the past which still haunt the product. These are being remedied now so this should improve.
