Refuses to use git - Software Developer Data Systems International Employee Review

We are using GIT and many other contemporary software tools to grow our business. Our most effective and happy employees seek answers before making assumptions and participate with new ideas for continuous development. It is true that past Technical Leadership stifled some innovation and did not listen to employees but that is not the case with current leadership. We have tech councils that include the ideas of all employees which are reviewed with all executive leadership. We appreciate your comments and time with DSI.
