Pros

Great management style, good pay, plenty of sick and vacation time (unlimited PTO), generous benefits, matching on 401k , free mental health resources, ample advancement opportunities, lots of training, many remote/work from home options since covid hit

Cons

Job postings don’t have salaries on them. Wish they did.

Pros

Worked with a ton of great people. All of the technologies being used are very relevant, chance to learn a ton. Supply chains are really interesting to learn about. Fun work environment where everyone really was trying to help each other succeed.

Cons

Lot of turnover when I was there, which is both good and bad. Mistakes within the tech stack in the past which still haunt the product. These are being remedied now so this should improve.
