Pros

I’ve had a lot of fun since joining DSI. I’ve become part of a wonderful, high-performing team. We get to work with unique tools and technologies to provide our customers with top-tier service. Getting to know everyone through remote work has been interesting, but I’m really excited to get back into the office soon and connect in-person with everyone!

Cons

My work can carry over into the weekend. It’s easier to get things done sometimes that way though.

Pros

Worked with a ton of great people. All of the technologies being used are very relevant, chance to learn a ton. Supply chains are really interesting to learn about. Fun work environment where everyone really was trying to help each other succeed.

Cons

Lot of turnover when I was there, which is both good and bad. Mistakes within the tech stack in the past which still haunt the product. These are being remedied now so this should improve.
