This is a great place for people who enjoy being direct contributors. There is seldom micro-management. You are trusted to do your job and do it well, with minimal supervision. You are held to a high standard - but most people here hold themselves to a high standard any way. You have a lot of opportunity to grow and learn, with management support along the way. There aren't many places that offer the perks that DSI offers (wellness incentives, gym memberships, flex start times, independence,etc.), the ability to be an individual contributor, and the small company / family feel.
