Lack of direction, constant changes in the direction of the company, sales team was pressured to make increasingly difficult sales goals which lead to over promising customers that lead to constant stress on development and customer support and finally lawsuits.

Pros

Worked with a ton of great people. All of the technologies being used are very relevant, chance to learn a ton. Supply chains are really interesting to learn about. Fun work environment where everyone really was trying to help each other succeed.

Cons

Lot of turnover when I was there, which is both good and bad. Mistakes within the tech stack in the past which still haunt the product. These are being remedied now so this should improve.
