Really terrible environment - Systems Analyst Data Systems International Employee Review

Pros

I can't think of a one except the physical environment seems inviting and modern until you get there and realize even that isn't as good as it could be.

Cons

Environment is very bad with toxic relationships and you get to the point where you realize you can't trust anyone. I'm surprised I lasted as long as I did (which was less than a year before I quit). Also found out (because I got a tip from a long-term employee who is in a leadership role), you can't go to HR and voice concerns about anything. You will be fired.

Pros

Worked with a ton of great people. All of the technologies being used are very relevant, chance to learn a ton. Supply chains are really interesting to learn about. Fun work environment where everyone really was trying to help each other succeed.

Cons

Lot of turnover when I was there, which is both good and bad. Mistakes within the tech stack in the past which still haunt the product. These are being remedied now so this should improve.
