Pros

There are so many talented people to learn from at peer level. Most will go above and beyond to jump into a huddle or zoom to help their teammates and are the greatest assett this company has. Most technology specific roles are remote which offers tremendous flexibility and work/life balance if you clearly define those boundaries and do not relent. Those boundaries will be pushed and can very quickly become the expectation if you let it. Internet and mobile is partially reimbursed, the amount increases the higher up the chain of command you are. Team interactions are fun and light hearted. Weekly team meetings are structured to encourage collaboration on challenges, learn something new from peers, and to have just have a laugh. Sometimes you get company swag and a gift card.

Cons

Sr. Leadership is overrun by white hipster tech-bro culture that look out for their own. If you're remote and aren't fortunate enough to live close enough to one of the regional offices to network regularly in person, congratulations, you've reached the pinnacle of your career at Databank. There is a very clear discrepancy in advancement between employees inside Lincoln, NE's sphere of influence, and those outside of it. (Notice where most of the cultish sounding positive reviews come from). Middle management, typically a lead or supervisor is constantly under pressure to ensure their subordinates meet metric requirements that there is no room for them to be anything more than an enforcement hand for the higher ups. Expect to be text messaged outside your normal working hours, usually early mornings. After the Kyocera buyout, metrics became the law of the land. We used to meet one on one with our team leads every week as a kind of check in to catch up, discuss issues with current projects, and generally to stay connected. Now the calendar event comes and goes without so much as a cancellation or reschedule. When they do happen, I've had maybe 3 or 4 since January, it's a quick discussion on how many billable/productive hours do you think you'll get this week. If you work hard, keep your head down, and your nose clean, you can enjoy an ambiguous existence. If leadership remembers you exist, it's because you screwed up. Other reviewers are accurate, raises are few and far between. Folks have been promoted to other/higher positions with little to no compensation because this or that reason, until they eventually stop asking. Recently they have implemented annual 3% merit increases. Requirements to be eligible for this are unclear.
