Not a long term proposition - Anonymous employee Datwyler Holding Employee Review

We understand the feeling of uncertainty that arises when a company announces to shift jobs outside of the U.S. While Datwyler does intend to move some production outside of the U.S., the company is also expanding its manufacturing footprint within the U.S. and thus will be creating more jobs. The company is building a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Middletown, Delaware. This site is expected to be operational by late 2018. Additionally, there is a targeted effort to increase sales and subsequently manufacturing capacity within all of the U.S. manufacturing sites in the coming years.
