Pros

There are so many great things about working for Davidson.... the people, the work/life balance, the partners, customers, summer flex hours and the gorgeous view from our office. The office atmosphere is relaxed and everyone genuinely likes each other. I have never experienced any "office politics" or animosity during my time here. Another big Pro is the longevity of Davidson's employees and executives. Most people have been here many years and that speaks volumes for a company.

Cons

It is truly difficult to find a "con"... the only one that comes to mind is my long commute. It typically takes 1-2 hours to drive 20 miles.

I've truly enjoyed my time at Davidson. The culture is one of the company's greatest strengths and is genuinely led from the top down. Leadership is approachable, supportive, and committed to giving teams the tools and resources they need to succeed. Regional and executive leadership are engaged, accessible, and always willing to help when challenges arise. It's refreshing to work for a company that invests in its people and creates an environment where collaboration, accountability, and professional growth are encouraged every day.

Cons

Cons: Career advancement may require relocation (not a con to me but could be to some) , and some decisions can take longer yhan desired because leadership values collaboration and thoughtful planning. Overall, these are small trade-offs for the strong culture, support, and opportunities the company provides.
