Pros

- More than average vacation (3 weeks from the start), potentially unlimited subject to management approval and business needs; - Remote work opportunities within your region; - Bonuses and Incentive programs; - Great people and culture; - Company's social activity and leadership in the HR industry. Most employees are proud of working at the company and many users around the world know and recognize it; - No micro-management as long as you meet your targets.

Cons

- For the last 5+ years, they have been announcing themselves as a startup powered with a force of a tech giant. Unfortunately, since their IPO they have a been a corporate mammoth with a usual hassle of a startup. - Tech specialists are not being recognised enough, it's still more an HR/Payroll company where talks is better than action and expertise. Not a tech one. - Lack of career and wage growth opportunities unless you are in favor, lucky or really talkative. There are determined goals and criteria but they do not work. - Company values are often neglected when it comes to real business. Customers are overpromised and under-delivered, which is nothing next to the Customer focus. Transparency is ignored when it comes to internal projects and promotions, everything is being done behind the curtain. - "Unlimited" vacation is not a thing, you get better than the overall market offers but in fact, at times you feel embarassed while asking for what you have earned. - No micro-management which I listed as a Pro also sometimes leads to a situation when no one cares as you go above and beyond your job.

Pros

Dayforce has a lot of great perks. They are a cutting-edge HCM company and are always innovating. They are 100% remote and are great with work-life balance. Pay and benefits are good, and I would put them slightly above average in both.

Cons

Work can be too siloed at times, and top-down plans are not always communicated as efficiently as they could be.

Pros

I was able to retire. After Dayforce, I was DONE.

Cons

I wouldn't be so quick to leave Paylocity, one disaster, for Dayforce. IF you have been there for 5+ years, you have a good territory. If you're new to the organization, expect uneven playing field and a "junior" quota. I was in HR sales for 30+ years, most of them in true Enterprise when I was hired as a mid-market rep with an unreasonably small patch. They won't tell you this in an interview so ask and then make the hiring manager provide documentation in the form of a territory listing as sadly, they're not honest and you're going to have to verify EVERYTHING you are told. Oh, and the new VP of sales is liked about as much as the last one, which is to say, not loved at all. B
