Pros

Awesome Insurance plan, prayer is welcomed and appreciated, and there are opportunities to grow and advance within this ministry.

Cons

Some of the cons would be a better Employee Discount for the Café/bookstore and more opportunities for the employees to be blessed by sitting in some of the live tapings of the Daystar shows. Also an hour lunch for partner services would be great so that errands can be ran during work hours.

Pay is pretty good, I work at a satellite location. Training was very good, was prepared for the job. Meetings when there is conflict are instituted which is good.

Cons

Communication with supervisors. Sending emails or asking for clarification seems to lead to them feeling like they are being questioned or attacked. They have a difficult time dealing with someone who is a leader, or dominant personality. Satellite location allows certain people to have extra hours and not other people
