Very flexible and open to new ideas

No room for growth and advancement

Pay is pretty good, I work at a satellite location. Training was very good, was prepared for the job. Meetings when there is conflict are instituted which is good.

Communication with supervisors. Sending emails or asking for clarification seems to lead to them feeling like they are being questioned or attacked. They have a difficult time dealing with someone who is a leader, or dominant personality. Satellite location allows certain people to have extra hours and not other people
