Pros

The working hours are reasonable and generally support a healthy work-life balance, allowing employees to effectively manage both professional and personal commitments.

Cons

The company operates with a tight budget, resulting in minimal salary growth over the years. This concern appears to be widespread, as several colleagues with more than 10 years of service at De Nora have reported experiencing similarly limited compensation increases.

Pros

If recognized you will receive a lot of opportunities. The employees are all hard working and have a passion for green technology. The benefits offered are really nice compared to most companies. Great 401k matching and vesting.

Cons

Poor middle management training with high expectations. GM ran 2 departments and his role for 1+ years causing high turnover in PM and Engineering teams. Low support in departments expected to take more work while simultaneously cutting roles. Discouraged from using admin time on timesheets so training is limited in these departments to ensure margins. You must be a yes man to management or HR will label you as difficult. HR is very green and over his head, Does not support employee relations at all. It will start great and quickly turn into a dreadful office to walk into.
