Pros

- They are very interested in helping you get what you need to get started - Free Lunch Fridays - Grill to use during the warm seasons - Non-managers are very fun to talk to and helpful - Ping Pong table

Cons

- Very restrictive on working hours (8:30 - 5:30) no exceptions unless absolutely needed - Management can't make up its mind on what it wants sometimes - Software managers will yell at you for doing something wrong but won't fix it themselves (hypocritical) - Does not care about what you exceed at, at to do more of, will only care about your mistakes.

Pay and benefits were okay.

Cons

Management is full of egotistical and horrible people. I've witnessed upper level management literally screaming at lower level management over trivial things/things out of their control, I've witnessed lower level management berating employees for things they are not properly trained on, and management threatening the jobs of employees is a regular thing here. Various departments are worked to the bone and understaffed. Company went through a shady buyout where the owner felt necessary to tell staff the buyout was completed effective the day before the announcement. Shows how much they care about their employees, right?
