Pros
-Relatively nice building next to a park -Free lunch Fridays
Cons
-The management are seriously lacking in leadership, coaching or mentoring abilities. There is no training or continuing ed fund, so it makes sense that abilities have stayed stagnant, and capable employees all leave. -It's not actually flexible -- it's the most 'standard' form of traditional workday you can find anymore; in contrast to the vast industry improvements at other workplaces, Deacom is behind and outdated with these practices -Honestly, who cares about snacks, pizza and a ping pong table when it's the cheapest guise for a horrendous 9 hour workday? -It feels like management are using the wind to guide them toward their company goals. Nothing is consistent, reliable, or well-researched.
