Pros

DearDoc is my first job after graduation and I can say that it has exceeded all my expectations. From day one, you get all the training and prep you need to perform at your job. There is a 2 month training program for SDRs that you will get, which will prepare you for the position. Michael Peltekian, who was my trainer, did an amazing job making training fun as well as educational. Also - the sales floor feels like something out of a movie. It's electric, and the management team does a lot to make the job fun (like cold call bingo, or random contests throughout the week!) However- by far my favorite part is the people. From the people I started with all they way to the manager, everyone is so supportive, caring and wants to watch you crush it.

Cons

The biggest con for me is the commute. I am currently living with my parents, and I live about 2 hours away from the office. We go into the office Wednesday's and Thursdays, which I love the office, but it takes a long time for me to get there. The job is also not easy, It takes a lot of effort to hit your goals, but they are attainable. I hit over 100% of my goal in training.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this organization, they scam local business's, having pending lawsuits over it, purposefully hire young newly grads who don't know better, taking advantage and its sad. If your fresh out of college and wonder how lucky you are to have gotten this job, just know, your not lucky, its exactly what they want. The owner says his grandpa was a dermatologist and thats why he needs to benefit healthcare. This is the scariest part. The company re sells technology they DO NOT OWN at a scarily marked up price tag to business's that lack the knowledge to know better. The sale is a one call close, they teach you to pressure people to the point of making them hangup. It's a really scary thought that this company exists.

Cons

For anyone looking to work at this company, do not. For anyone that has worked for this organization, knows what is going on, and keeps showing up, look at yourself in the mirror. How do you want to remember your life and legacy? Your better than this.
