Pros

The only pro about working at this job is that you are surrounded by other young, ambitious, and kind-hearted people. You truly do make good friends here that you will keep even after they kick all of you to the curb. Sure - free lunches on Wednesdays are nice and cold brew on tap is cool, but that's literally about it.

Cons

It's really hard to put this into one paragraph. The SDR and AE Managers are decent people, but very under-qualified. So, it would be very difficult for them to get the same role at another company, as most companies require much more experience. They are there to help you and they're not bad people, but they are in a tough spot since they're essentially messengers for senior leadership - which you can tell takes a bit of a toll on them. Leadership has zero morals as they continuously find new ways to force the SDRs to follow their script to a T using a bait and switch tactic to land demos for the AEs (which they only care for slightly more). They purchase website domains called "Behalf of Apple" to make it legal to say, hoping physicians wont notice the difference in wording when we call. Then when we've exhausted those leads, they switch to Yahoo, WebMD, Google, etc. They're always walking the legal line and the SDRs just have to follow suit. If you bother to ask questions - you are a liability. Forget about commission because your quota is 6 demos per day - completely asinine for any business. Base salary is $50k and they want you in their Manhattan office at least twice a week so it's glorified minimum wage after taxes. You can work 18 hour days and it still won't make a difference. All the five star reviews on Google and on here are written by upper management, and I've never been so disgusted by unethical business tactics. Check the Better Business Bureau if you need further affirmation. Getting let go was the biggest relief I've ever felt - and I've never heard so many people say they were happy to be fired.

Pros

There are no pros to working for this organization, they scam local business's, having pending lawsuits over it, purposefully hire young newly grads who don't know better, taking advantage and its sad. If your fresh out of college and wonder how lucky you are to have gotten this job, just know, your not lucky, its exactly what they want. The owner says his grandpa was a dermatologist and thats why he needs to benefit healthcare. This is the scariest part. The company re sells technology they DO NOT OWN at a scarily marked up price tag to business's that lack the knowledge to know better. The sale is a one call close, they teach you to pressure people to the point of making them hangup. It's a really scary thought that this company exists.

Cons

For anyone looking to work at this company, do not. For anyone that has worked for this organization, knows what is going on, and keeps showing up, look at yourself in the mirror. How do you want to remember your life and legacy? Your better than this.
