Pros
They take people with little to no experience and allow them to break into the saas sales industry. Become very good at cold calling (it’s all you do all day). Sales training is super in depth and ongoing throughout your tenure. You can genuinely make some great friends at this place because the people are awesome.
Cons
They have been using the same leads for years, and will not / can’t buy more, every single person has been called / already set up with a demo (under a technicality that’s really a lie based on insinuating that you work at these large companies like Apple and WebMD). Once all the leads have heard the same company being used to reel them in , they just switch the script from Apple to WebMD to Healthgrades etc. The pitch is made to say it’s free without directly saying it’s free. Quota became extremely unobtainable during my time because these leads started to realize what’s going on / have been tricked into meetings already and get called every day for the same nonsense. Absolutely no transparency as to why they are reusing leads of people who have already been baited into these meetings multiple times, my guess is there are no more leads to buy. Because of this it is near impossible to hit the goal of 6 meetings a day every single day. Seems like the head honcho of the business understands all this and is just trying to squeeze every last dollar out of the company before it’s not profitable to even run anymore. Also the product does not work anywhere close to as well as it’s claimed, which is why clients are extremely prone to cancelling. (The product barely works for attracting new clients, the numbers are skewed by the cs team)
