Truth from a past employee - Director of Marketing Deccan International Employee Review

Dear Former Director of Marketing, Thank you for taking the time to share your insight and for the positive feedback. I appreciate your suggestion to potential applicants to visit us and come to their own conclusions. I personally would welcome the opportunity to talk to people about our company, and I know many other Deccanites would as well. Regarding your "cons" and advice to management, I appreciate your candor. We are really working on more clearly and meaningfully communicating company objectives and goals. There are many factors that impact our progress on that front, but I can assure you that I am personally working toward that end every day. I apologize for the breakdowns in communication that you experienced. I agree that clear and consistent communication is crucial and we are striving to continuing to improve in that area. I also appreciate your concern regarding efficient use of employees time. We are currently looking into several strategies for improving our efficiency and making the best use of employees' time. Given the dynamic nature of our work, and our current growth, this is an issue that we will always need to be mindful of. I can assure you that efficient use of staff resources, and the communication needed to accomplish that, are priorities that we are proactively focusing on.
