This company does NOT care about any employee that is not directly related to the CEO or that has some kind of "personal" relationship with him. Their main source of income is a contract with Job Corps that could literally be pulled out from under them at any given second. Favoritism rules most decisions they make and the office politics create the most toxic environment to work in. We all know that HR stands to serve the company, their HR (with the exception of the lowest man on the totem pole) is... for a lack of better descriptive terms, catty, petty, and messy. And when this current administration affects their work AGAIN, they will AGAIN, "trim fat" to keep the "family" safe and employed and then shuck and jive and play with everyone else's time to save face and act like they're not operating in the same business model as that orange Cheeto sitting at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
