Best Co-workers, Worst Management - Anonymous employee Delek US Employee Review

The executive I worked for was totally unqualified for the position. Just a hot head who'd cuss you out in front of everyone, spread gossip about other employees openly to his department, and spoke very inappropriately much of the time. His employees are amazing and make him look great and they know it. Seems like other departments experienced similar issues. I never valued company culture until working here, and I somewhat regret taking the job in the first place. Do not recommend.
