Exposure to big clients but toxic culture and low pay - Associate Delta Capita Employee Review

Awful progression, extremely political and toxic environment - you will only get promoted if you are best mates with the execs and/ or sleep your way to the top (which many have done). Salary is far below industry standard and that's to not even discuss the bonus.... currently the bonus is 4 months delayed and there has been absolutely 0 communication on this, just entirely ignored as if we were never supposed to get one. They do not have any budget for qualifications, unless you want to waste your time on "Kalidus" to learn outdated, irrelevant and non industry recognised certificates, then DC is not the place for you.
