Extremely insecure people with little to no leadership experience dominate the c-suite. The org bleeds top talent and can’t retain people who are qualified to be there. The CEO is a trust fund kid who is so insecure about his inability to run a company that he believes the person whispering loudest in his ear while top talent sees themself to the door.
