Pros
Good onboarding and recruitment process. Welcomed into the company straight away and integrated well. The organization has a good vision to expand and increase revenue going forward and is honest about areas that they are not doing so well in and are actively trying to improve those areas. - There is a clear long-term vision. Good benefits Remote work full time, even after the pandemic, at least in some roles
Cons
There are areas of the organization that are being improved, such as a technical shift to the Cloud and improving the Cyber Security Posture of the company. This isn't necessarily a downside though, this is why people are being hired and is a goal the company are working towards together.
