Pros

Catered breakfast every other week and an inhouse LMT every other week.

Cons

I was 15+ years in support...Found out I was lied to in the interview process - I was told I could make Senior Analyst in a year, then the switch of not being able to even be considered for the bump until 5 years. Training on the product is non-existant...training consists of the Sales approach and not anything about the system from a tech or admin point of view. Management is so deep in itself that everyone knows each other and isn't willing to hear new ideas or even consider hearing that someone might have said or done something offensive when it's brought up. HR is the same way. Pay is laughable for the amount of extra hours you have to put in and if you're not meeting internal metrics, your supervisor will have a sit down with you. The stress of the position is so bad the job wasn't worth it in the end. There's no room for advancement...multiple people have commented about having "breakdowns" and having to go to therapy because of management.

Pros

Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

Cons

Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent. Career growth uncertainty during restructures: When leadership changes or teams merge, promotions and advancement
