-Amazing culture top down. Everyone wants to see the company succeed. -Strong leadership and frequent transparent communication -Executives are accessible -Flexible PTO that isn't discouraged -Top market position and THE category-defining product offering -Good sense of direction and future for the company -Open collaboration across depts -Amazing company growth and responsible scaling strategy
Cons
Can't really think of many, but here are a few I see. -Need a better sense of career paths -Normal growing pains of a startup - processes may need more structure, things could be more standardized and automated.
