Company trajectory seems good. Working environment is casual and engineers are given independence. Benefits are generous. The technologies used are interesting and marketable.
Cons
Demandbase has never been particularly focused on engineering. Our standards, while improving, are low relative to start ups of a similar size and age. Our freedom also entails some chaos. Incentives, formal and informal, are disorganized. Arguments are commonplace.
