Pros
Demandbase has some of the best people I've ever worked with. The amount of passion here to serve sales and marketing is why I joined and why I love my job. We do work that matters and build great relationships with our customers and with each other. Alignment is pretty amazing too which tends to be a problem in tech companies. Compensation is fair, tends to increase some each year, and the benefits are very strong.
Cons
Demandbase isn't immune to economic challenges and top-line growth continues to be a priority. The company runs efficiently (not a con), but that means that there may be some tech company perks that we don't have yet. The only one of note to me is 401k match which I hope we add soon. I don't think this is the type of place you can join and _not_ do great work - that is a pro for me but may be a con for some.
