Pros

Due to so many changes to the management, you can have a lot of autonomy here and tackle problems you think are important if you can convince the right people. The benefit of a lack of oversight is that you aren't micromanaged. You make yourself as useful and integral to the team as you want to be. My coworkers are the reason I stay. Flexible work hours, and good work/life balance. Great place to start your career with a lot of industries served to gain experience and build your resume.

Cons

The last 1.5 years have been constant transition between parent companies and management. Sometimes feels like we are just getting by, no more. It can be a volatile place to work. We've seen a lot of management and a lot of lay offs. New ownership can definitely stingy and doesn't really know what it's like to own a SF company, where the competition of corporate perks is high. You won't get the bean-bag-ping-pong-free-lunch-happy-hour experience here.
