Pros

The people who are still here from before Internet Brands are incredible, and there are still a select few who want to make the product successful

Cons

Most of those people are actively searching for ANY job that will get them out of DF. The new parent company rejects product improvements that seem too difficult, and instead opts for "quick wins" that don't do anything to improve our spot in the competitive landscape. New employees are receiving pay SIGNIFICANTLY below market rate, and giving the minimum benefits possible (no transportation benefits, no sick time, minimum required amount of PTO, horrible health plans). You won't get a raise unless you come with another offer in hand, and even then they do all they can to give you the minimum amount possible. Management is hoping most people will leave so they can hire cheaper in LA. Competitors all have better products, and DF will never be the market leader again.

The training and onboarding process was thorough, giving new hires the tools and confidence needed to succeed. Leadership was approachable and invested in employee development, regularly providing coaching and feedback. The company also offered strong opportunities to build foundational sales skills, including prospecting, objection handling, and customer communication, which helped prepare team members for future career growth.
