Pros
casual dress code, modern office
Cons
80-100 outbound calls per day. Majority of the calls are crappy leads that are "recycled" over and over again. You'll be forced to follow up with prospects who've told you and countless reps before you "NOT INTERESTED". Your stress level will skyrocket as you continue to call people who've blown you off numerous times in order to hit an unrealistic sales goal. Training is a joke. They basically teach you how to close deals in a manipulative and indirectly condescending way. Trainers think they're rock stars when in reality, they come off as transparent used car salesmen. I suppose desperate times call for desperate measures... There is a constant "trust no one" atmosphere. You'd wonder if an associate who's been called in for a one-on-one would ever return to their cubicle.
