Pros
pays the bills and luckily the reps are chill
Cons
i want to preface this review with saying every review on here before Jan 2016 is outdated because that's when Intuit owned the company and treated everyone like royalty. who demandforce is today is more accurately reflected from the start of this year (jan 2017). all the reviews after January to now are a more accurate reflection of what you're about to get yourself into. someone needs to reveal the truth that management tries so hard to hide. the #1 biggest con of demandforce are the managers. they are just a bunch of 20-something year olds who decided to stick around past intuit selling this company to internet brands because they know they will never get paid this amount anywhere else. NONE of them are qualified to mentor and lead sales reps. they are cliquey and CLEARLY pick favorites. i've watched so many people be screwed over in a promotion path, and in that same breath i've watched people get promoted that definitely don't deserve it. the sales training program is more focused on makeup and shoes than actually helping reps develop and grow. it's a disgusting environment. managers talk poorly and gossip about reps on their team to other reps on the floor! it's corrupt, and honestly a joke. the only reason the intuit people are still there is because they make too much and literally do nothing. i have so many more negative things to say, but to keep it short (ish): if you're looking for an actual tech sales job that's going to help you build a career, you're wasting your time here. with the lease expiring soon, this place probably won't even be around next year. i gotta get out of here.
