Pros
I joined the company a little over a year and a half ago, and its one of the best decisions I've made. Management really care about the development of their employees, and almost ALWAYS promote from within. We're growing very rapidly now that we're a part of Intuit, so the opportunities will just keep coming. If you work hard, you'll definitely be rewarded. We have a great culture. Very work hard/play hard sort of place. Everyone is pretty young and we all enjoy hanging out with each other outside of work as well. Lots of great benefits from Gym memberships, to 401K, to great team outings.
Cons
Not really a con, but if you are just looking for a paycheck, you won't fit it. Most employees genuinely care about the growth of the company and their fellow employees, and people just looking to collect a paycheck stick out. People who don't show a genuine interest in the wellness of the company won't end up with promotions and most likely won't be happy here.
