Pros

Great training -- you can use the sales training you get at demandforce and be successful with it in other roles/companies great people located in heart of SF

Cons

awful pay, they won't pay you if you take more than the allotted amount of PTO days, shaky leadership, no investment or even interest in employees staying around for the long term, avg employment tenure at Demandforce is 12-18 months. Get in and get out type of situation.
