Pros
Able to move up in a career, gain lots of responsibilities & learn new skills if you drive yourself to, lots of projects that one can take on, there are plenty of great employees that work very very hard.
Cons
Learning is completely self-driven, you have to take on a lot b/c they are constantly shrinking team sizes, there's no real career path unless you vouch for yourself and push upward, very poor leadership skills across every team, lots of cynics, very little buy-in from upper management, very few people really care about success other than making money/being profitable. Very little to no positive culture .Most everyone would like to leave the company in my experience.
