Pros
Demandforce offered a fun and casual work environment. There was an extensive training program for new hires that enabled them to fully understand the product, as well as the role. At the time I worked their the company was stilled owned by Intuit so the benefits were amazing.
Cons
Demandforce suffered from it's rapid growth as the promoted inexperienced people to middle management. This made it difficult to find a person to help you grow your career. Although the company was continually hiring, there were few positions available for promotion. The executive team could never figure out how to fix the culture to bring it back to the pre acquisition days.
