Pros
This company has a wonderful environment and truly takes care of its employees. They want you to succeed, and as a result, they heavily invest into your future. It epitomizes the work-hard/play-hard culture that is so common throughout the Bay Area. They do wonderful things in the community, they do wonderful things for their employees, and you will almost certainly enjoy your time there.
Cons
There is a fair amount of turnover, so sometimes the people above you shift around too much. Like for instance, when my hire class came into the training program, some of the people that designed and ran it switched roles, so it was left up in the air to be figured out by others. Unfortunately, they didn't really figure out what to do until we were all moved out. We moved into a vertical that had movement in the managers, business development, and marketing shortly after going into that vertical officially. That left us in a bad spot, and as a result, none of us lasted very long. We were all really sad about it, but there was nothing we can do. After that revamp of the training program and shift, I believe it has gone back to being successful.
