Pros
-Good Pay -Steady Job -40 hour work weeks -Free Parking at their corporate office.
Cons
-Lots of Turnover. You have a nice manager one minute and an evil manager suddenly takes their place and doesn't like you even if you try your best. -Micromanaged. It seems like you get written up about every few months or so even if your doing the best you can. It is unfair and they micromanage the hell out of you. -Very stressful. If you are at helpdesk, you are expected to do all their contracts. You cannot just stay at 5, if they have 10 or 13 at that time then you are expected to do all of them. -No promotion or raise. I was promised a promotion and a raise after being Tier 1 for two years and nothing. Management just ignored me. -Recommendations. Good luck trying to get someone to write you a recommendation. They have a policy in place where they will not write a recommendation even if you do a good job. Basically you are hosed if you go look for another job. I wish I would have known this before i worked there and wasted two years of my life. -Made me have a negative impact on IT and now I am going to work retail.
