Pros
The money can be good and as long as you change your way of doing things every 60 days as upper management does you will do just fine.
Cons
Long hours as manager, Upper management needs to sit down and talk to store management teams about the reality of menus and expectations for employees.Redeclious time frame for food to be cooked and if the customer complains even drunks, you as a manager can't defend yourself.Lets see some of these customers go home and cook a full meal in 10/12 minutes like upper management has taught them to expect from a cooking staff that is feeding anywhere from 30 to 120 customers an hour. Not possible with full restaurant and labor now expected to be about 16 percent. Can't satisfy customers and keep the place cleans with that percentage. Also, the surveys, they are a joke as no one is extremely satisfied at any given time with everything, you are teaching staff to lie and ask customers to give them a 5 so they don't get into trouble.
