Pros
The pay and bonus structure is decent for most roles. The work is challenging and interesting. Some opportunities for advancements and decent benefits like unlimited PTO, good health care, 401k match, etc. Leadership has been somewhat responsive and acknowledging of culture issues but very slow to resolve.
Cons
A majority of the staff are C and B players which puts an unfair workload on the A players. As someone who's only worked at companies with mostly A players, it's difficult to stay motivated. Leadership is often changing directions every few months though that has gotten better in the past year. There is also zero DEI initiatives at this company and the work culture is simply about work, so if those are important to you, look elsewhere.
