Great company to work for! - Executive Assistant Depot Connect International Employee Review

I would like to begin by mentioning the initial phase, which was the hiring process that took place in April/May 2024. This process was overseen by one of the senior HR staff members. After experiencing several interviews and disappointments with other companies, I truly felt acknowledged and valued when I started communicating with DCI. There was a genuine interest from DCI, and the communication was excellent, with interviews arranged promptly. Even prior to my acceptance for the position, I was greeted warmly by the team members I interviewed with. Once I secured the job and commenced my role, the induction process was clear and well-organized. The entire team dedicated time to explain their job responsibilities and outline the expectations for my position. For the first time in nearly 11 years of working in the UK, I felt that I was in the right place with the right people. There has also been a sincere interest in my future development, which was quite refreshing. Additionally, witnessing the management team collaborate so well without any animosity was a new experience for me. In my opinion and based on my experience, DCI is an excellent company to work for, and it has surpassed my expectations.
