Pros

Staff in Redcar are a great group to work with. They know their jobs and will always help each other if it is required. The office culture is good, overall enjoyable place to work.

Cons

Communication between levels could be improved, the people further down the chain who need to know in many situations find out late and do not get included in a lot of discussions. More short term approach to things rather than long term which can be detrimental in some aspects.

Insurance rates are a bit high, Employment in my position does not allow an opportunity to earn a bonus.

For corporate level staff good pay.

Cons

Private equity focus so a do more with less attitude. Bonus criteria will never be satisfied so plan on getting less than 50% of it if you're lucky. Poor safety history. It seems like managers are fired after one to two years.
