Pay.... pay is so low compared to other places for the same position. PTO sucked, only got 9 days off my first year. Management is a joke. They all are very inexperienced. Very money hungry, all DD cared about was opening more offices . Don’t care about their employees especially during Covid. We didn’t get any recognition during Covid even though we stayed opened. All we got was a rash guard and yeti... BS. You get a 30 min unpaid lunch, that’s it. The turnover in this company is crazy. They’re always hiring here for a reason, because no one sticks around for more than a year or so... so glad I found something way better .
