Pros

The hours are nice and they have great people working for them.

Cons

The owners are completely out of touch and don't consider the feedback of the people who are physically running their offices. Pay grades are not updated to account for cost of living or inflation. Less pay for more work, and duties are added without compensation being adjusted.

Easy schedule Job in itself is fairly simple Many opportunities for advancement

Cons

Not always off when you’re scheduled to be off Sometimes a lack of communication between drs and medical assistants to front desk when running behind
