Pros

Very strong company culture, my team is full of talented Engineers that are also able to communicate well. Challenging work, opportunities to learn, WLB balance is respected. Can't say enough positive things about this company's IT / Software departments.

Cons

The IT team is largely remote. To me, this is a positive, but for some it may not be.

Not always off when you’re scheduled to be off Sometimes a lack of communication between drs and medical assistants to front desk when running behind
