Thanks for your candid feedback. Our leadership convened for a retreat last month to clarify our mission for the second half of 2019 and beyond, and we're working hard to convey that mission to the whole company so that everyone is on the same page. We've received feedback that the onboarding experience differs greatly among teams and office locations, so we're working now to streamline that process to ensure that each employee receives a stellar onboarding process.
