Long distances between operations centers can require extended commuting times from home to primary work location

Great company to work for that really cares about their employees and the communities they serve. They care about always doing the right thing even if that decision may be a hard one to make.

No cons that come to mind. The drive can get kinda old because of the location, but there is nothing you can do about that.
